Consultation Policy​
Consultations at Vault 74 Tattoo are complimentary, but they do require a dedicated time slot. Please be sure to arrive on time or let your artist know if you need to cancel or reschedule — We completely understand things come up.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a small retainer to reserve another consultation. Thanks for respecting our time and the process!

Note : Any tattoo appointment scheduled following a consultation requires a retainer, which constitutes acceptance of the studio Scheduling and Retainer Policy. All retainers are subject to a non-refundable portion and are eligible for partial refund only.
Scheduling and Retainer Policy
All retainers are subject to a non-refundable portion. In the event a retainer refund is requested, the first $100 of any retainer is non-refundable due to time allocated for consultation review, planning, and design preparation. Any remaining amount beyond $100 may be eligible for partial refund at the artist’s discretion.
